TAK-Outsourcing chose Krakow as the location for the service primarily for employment reasons. Krakow is the European home to the accounts receivable functions of many multi-nationals and outsourcing companies which gives TAK-Outsourcing access to well trained, experienced staff. PwC, Philip Morris, Cap Gemini, Shell, Motorola, IBM and BP all have their Collections and Accounts Receivable functions in Krakow. Krakow is home to no less than 7 Universities with alost 200,000 students. This means that fluent English speaking graduates are readily available, often with a history of working in the UK and with very little detectable accent. This means that TAK-Outsourcing can provide a higher quality of Credit Control service than can be achieved in house or by outsourcing in the UK, all at a lower overall cost to our customers.
