Personal Service

Accounts Receivable is a business critical function requiring great sensitivity. At TAK we recognise the need for personal contact which is why we use named service managers and administrators for each client. We use UK phone numbers with a personal direct line provided to each of our customers and their clients.

Many of our clients prefer the outsourced service to be transparent to their customers. In this instance TAK will make and answer all calls using the client's company name. This extends to use of our clients email address for electronic correspondence.

Technology

At TAK we utilise technology in a practical and sensible way to achieve best results. Technology is employed to reduce administration, increase accuracy and provide visibility. We work with our customers to agree the best solution and this can evolve through the life of the contract. Commonly we utilise remote access to directly access our clients systems, however solutions may also involve use of emailed spreadsheets or files, online forms, interfaces from client systems, and web reporting.
