At TAK we recognise the need for personal contact, which is why we use named service managers and administrators for each client. We use UK phone numbers with a personal direct line and email address assigned to each of our clients and their customers.

Many of our clients prefer the outsourced service to be transparent to their customers. In this instance TAK will make and answer all calls using the client's company name. This can also extend to use in emails and company letterheads for letters.
