The effective management of Accounts Receivable has a direct effect on an organisation's cash flow and profitability. Despite its importance this function can often be neglected, particularly in smaller organisations where it is difficult to apply dedicated staff to the process. At TAK-Outsourcing we have devised a service which gives small and medium organisations access to a complete, professional Accounts Receivable function dedicated to improving both cash-flow and customer relationships.
The TAK-Outsourcing Credit Control service works as an extension to your organisation, removing the administrative burden whilst you retain control and visibility of the process.
At TAK we utilise best practice processes and work with our clients to agree details of the service. No two clients are the same, so our service is based around the individual need of each organisation. Clients often have peaks and troughs in service demand, so TAK offers flexible capacity to meet the changing workload. Clients can choose to outsource all or part of the sales ledger to TAK. Accounts Receivable is a business critical function requiring great sensitivity. At TAK we recognise the need for personal contact, which is why we use named service managers and administrators for each client. We use UK phone numbers with a personal direct line and email address assigned to each of our clients and their customers.
Many of our clients prefer the outsourced service to be transparent to their customers. In this instance TAK will make and answer all calls using the client's company name. This can also extend to use in emails and company letterheads for letters.
At TAK we utilise technology in a practical and sensible way to achieve best results. Technology is employed to reduce administration, increase accuracy and provide visibility. We work with our clients to agree the best solution, and this can evolve through the life of the contract. This may involve the use of emailed spreadsheets or files, online forms, interfaces from client systems, remote access to systems, and web reporting.
