TastingBuddy chooses TAK for Outsourced Credit Control Project at London Wine Fair :
TastingBuddy provide a web based service aimed at the wine industry and enthusiasts. TastingBuddy provide a listing service for exhibitors at the London Wine Fair, working in partnership with LIWF.
TastingBuddy chose TAK-Outsourcing as their credit control specialist to complete a short term project to manage the invoice to cash process for the wine fair. The decision was taken as TAK understood Tasting Buddy’s requirements and were able to provide a tailored, all inclusive service in a cost effective way. TAK’s responsibility was to create invoices and distribute them to the hundreds of exhibitors worldwide, then operate a follow up process of reminder letters and phone calls to ensure that all queries were handled promptly and all invoices paid promptly. The project involved invoices sent to over 20 different countries with batches of over 100 invoices sent at a time.
2search Recruitment chooses TAK to provide Credit Control Service :
The Directors of 2search Recruitment believe in concentrating on the core business of providing a high quality Recruitment service. The job of chasing outstanding invoices had been a distraction to the company and was often neglected. 2search decided to employ the specialist expertise of an outsourced provider. The decision was taken to use TAK-Outsourcing due to the unique way in which TAK is able to provide a outsourced credit control as an extension of the business in a cost effective way. TAK have essentially become 2search Recruitment’s credit control department at a fraction of the cost of an internal function.
Quadnet choose TAK to provide outsourced accounts receivable services and consultancy :
Quadnet, one of the UK’s most successful IT resellers (see Real Business’s Hot 100 list 2007) choose TAK-Outsourcing as their credit control service provider.
After Quadnet’s credit control manager left the company struggled to find a replacement. In fact the company had a history of difficulty in finding high quality permanent staff to cover credit control. At first Quadnet were reticent to outsource such a sensitive function as credit control, but after three days of onsite consultancy with TAK-Outsourcing the decision was taken to adopt the service. Illustration Ltd is an international illustrator representative for advertising, new media, digital, graphic design, editorial and publishing.
